This is for athletes, weekend warriors, and active individuals who want to strengthen their knees, build resilience, and return to pain-free movement after injury or surgery. If you’ve tried PT but still feel hesitant about your knee, this program is for you.

I only train clients who have been cleared by a physician or healthcare professional to participate in strength training. If you're recovering from an injury, please ensure you have received medical approval before we begin working together.

No! Your program is fully customized to fit your equipment access and training environment. Whether you train at a gym, at home, or with minimal equipment, I’ll tailor your plan accordingly. It depends on your consistency and starting point, but most clients notice improvements in strength, stability, and confidence within 4-6 weeks and significant progress after 12 weeks.
