After tearing my ACL four times (and now training without one), I’ve developed a strength-based approach that goes beyond rehab—helping athletes, weekend warriors, and high-performers return to their sport stronger and more confident than ever before.

  • I only train clients who have been cleared by a physician or healthcare professional to participate in strength training. If you're recovering from an injury, please ensure you have received medical approval before we begin working together.

    • Introductory Session: $60.00

    • Standard Session: $90.00

    • 4-Session Package: $320.00 (Save $10 / Session by booking in bulk)

  • The time it takes to see results depends on your starting point and experience with strength training. If you’re new to Knees Over Toes movements, it might take some time to learn and progress through these exercises safely and effectively. Consistency is key, and many clients start noticing improvements in strength and mobility within a few weeks of focused training. However, long-term results, like significant strength gains or improved performance, typically require a few months of consistent effort. We'll tailor the program to your goals and adjust as you progress to ensure you’re on the right path.

  • Yes! I’ll work with you to create a fully custom program both inside and outside of the gym. Upon signing up for coaching, you’ll gain access to my app where I will program workouts for our in-person sessions, along with workouts that you can do at home, or at another gym.

    If you need / want to get some equipment at home, I’m happy to make suggestions for the best home gym equipment.
